Behind Facebook Sues Yahoo

patent war between Yahoo and Facebook seem to be more heated.

After being sued Yahoo, Facebook .. behind Yahoo sued for intellectual property related to his lawsuit. Facebook Yahoo claiming it is violating several patents owned by Facebook.

As reported by CNet, Facebook has filed a counter suit against Yahoo in the U.S. District Court in San Francisco on Tuesday (04/03/2012).

General counsel Ted Ullyot Facebook explained that they would defend themselves against lawsuits Yahoo.

Facebook also will provide an answer to Yahoo lawsuit calling Yahoo Facebook violating 10 patents, including systems and methods for advertising on the site.

Chief Intellectual Property Officer of MDB Capital, Erin Michael Gill explained the rules of Facebook is considered to be running the correct rules. If Facebook really turning Yahoo sued again it will be beneficial Facebook.

Moreover, Facebook will also hold an IPO (Initial Public Offering / IPO) in late May 2012 with a capitalization of capital to 100 billion dollars. With the plan, up rated to keep its products with patents pending.
